Diamond Skating Club brings together two coaches with experience across international competition, professional performance, choreography and skater development.
Alexandra Ievleva
Founder, 2007 Russian National silver medallist, figure-skating coach and choreographer
Alexandra won silver in senior women’s singles at the 2007 Russian National Championships and represented Russia internationally, including at the European Championships. As the founder of Diamond Skating Club, she helps skaters progress from their first steps through skating tests, performances and international competition opportunities.

Adam brings more than 20 years of professional experience across ice and inline figure skating, from international shows and performances to coaching skaters at every stage. He is the founder of ONE Blades, Beyond the Rink and Skating Today.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before your first glide.
Can complete beginners join?
Yes. Complete beginners are welcome.
What age can children start?
Children can start lessons from age three.
Do you teach adults?
Yes. Diamond offers lessons for adults as well as children.
Should I choose group or private lessons?
Group lessons bring together up to six skaters at a similar level. Private lessons focus on individual goals. Our coaches can help you choose.
Are skates included?
Skates are not included. Rental skates are available for first lessons. When you are ready to purchase your own skates, Diamond can help you choose the right pair.
Is ice entry included?
No. Ice entry is paid separately.
How are group levels decided?
Our coaches place skaters into groups based on their current skating level.
Where do lessons take place?
Lessons take place at Sport Society Ice Rink, 12th Street, Mirdif, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What should a skater wear?
Wear comfortable sports clothing that keeps you warm and allows you to move freely. Long trousers or leggings, a light jacket, gloves and socks are recommended.
How long are lesson packages valid?
All lesson packages are valid for 40 days.
Can skaters work toward tests and competitions?
Yes. Coaching can support skating tests, performances and international competition opportunities. Speak to your coach about the right pathway.
