Privacy information

The enquiry form collects the completing adult’s name, student name and age, skating experience and goals, lesson and time preferences, email, WhatsApp number, optional coaching context, relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs, and contact consent. We use this information to review the enquiry, contact you and arrange and deliver suitable lessons safely. Relevant health and safety information is stored privately with the enquiry and carried into the correct student profile after reviewed onboarding. Authorised managing parents and adult students can review and update profile safety information, with the last update recorded. Medical details are not included in emails, notifications or public schedules.

Enquiries and private notes are available only to authorised Diamond coaches and administrators. A public enquiry does not create a member account. Account setup requires a separately reviewed invitation. Student coaching information remains private and is shared only with authorised managing accounts and coaches.

The website uses Cloudflare hosting and database services. Short-lived security checks and rate limits help prevent misuse; no advertising trackers are installed. A necessary secure session cookie is used when you sign in. Email delivery is currently disabled. Future notification emails will be configured only after approval.

To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, contact Adam at adam@oneblades.one. The club will verify your authority before acting. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents with an initial request. The owner must confirm the permanent privacy contact, legal entity, retention schedule, processor disclosures and final policy before launch. No unapproved retention period is promised here.

Website terms

This website provides information and accepts lesson enquiries. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking, reserve a place or create a member account. Times, group placement and availability must be confirmed by a coach.

Prices are in AED. Ice entry is paid separately. Club registration is 250 AED and all lesson packages are valid for 40 days. Payment, cancellation, refund, rescheduling and package start-date terms require confirmation with the club before purchase. This site does not accept payments.

Diamond lessons take place at Sport Society Ice Rink. This website does not claim that Diamond owns or operates the venue. The external map is provided for directions.

Child safeguarding information

Minors use the parent or guardian onboarding path. An adult student account cannot claim or convert an existing child profile. Only authorised managing accounts and coaches can access a child’s private coaching record.

Please raise a concern directly with a club coach or administrator. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The designated safeguarding lead, formal reporting procedure, supervision, collection arrangements and relevant consent requirements must be confirmed by the owners before launch. Please include questions about these arrangements in your enquiry.

Photography and media information

This homepage uses photographs supplied by the coaching team. It displays no student photographs or private coaching records. Sending an enquiry does not give permission to publish a student’s image.

Student photography, media consent, withdrawal procedures and venue photography rules require separate confirmation with the club. Ask a coach before taking or sharing photographs of other skaters. Final media policy and rights approval for the supplied coach photographs remain owner review items.
